We designed, fabricated, and installed a 150 square meter interactive exhibition pavilion for Future Tech at the Riyadh Exhibition Center, achieving a futuristic spatial layout that stood out.

Structural & Digital Specifications

We merged dynamic architecture with high-tech screens and displays:

• Curved Architectural Geometries: Custom-built curved wooden wall segments and suspended arches that created a fluid sense of motion.
• LED Wall & Media Integration: Installing a seamless high-definition LED video wall and interactive tablets linked to a central media server.
• VIP Business Lounge: Formed an insulated lounge area within the booth using leather seating to comfortably host client negotiations.
• Programmed Smart Lighting: Setting up DMX-controlled RGB LED strip sequences synced with the video playback.

Rapid On-Site Execution

We executed the project with meticulous timing to guarantee event readiness:

1. Pre-Fabrication & Dry Fit: Structuring and dry-fitting all timber elements at our factory to double-check structural safety before delivery.
2. 48-Hour Assembly: On-site assembly of partitions, electrical lines, display screens, and graphics in less than 48 hours.
3. Modular Storage Ready: Built with modular connections enabling damage-free disassembly for upcoming corporate conventions.
